Cost structure
The cost is split between setting up your platform and the ongoing services required to keep it reliable, secure and usable over time.
The first year includes the package implementation price plus an initial maintenance & support fee.

From the second year onward, the initial platform installation and setup fees are not charged again. The annual amount covers only maintenance and support for the package.

Fixes for defects and malfunctions covered by the scope of the selected package.
Preventive maintenance
Regular checks, monitoring of sensitive areas and actions intended to reduce the risk of incidents.

Dependency updates, security patches and adaptations required to maintain technical compatibility.
Technical monitoring
Checks of core operation and performance, plus support during maintenance operations.
Included support & guidance
Support helps your teams use MarketSoft correctly and resolve difficulties related to the features included in the package.
User assistance
Help using included features and handling common functional questions.
User training
Onboarding for key users at launch and targeted refresher sessions when needed.
User guides
Guides and instructions for the platform’s main day-to-day operations.
Administrator support
Assistance with administration, routine settings and day-to-day operation of the package.
New features, external integrations, major UX/UI redesigns or changes outside the package scope are not included in annual maintenance and are quoted separately.
